Over the last eight years numerous organisations have improved their operations by using CATS and e-folio. Users regularly tell us of how the systems have improved their administration processes, quickened the pace of assessment, improved inspection results, built confidence in assessors, motivated candidates, enabled expansion of operations and made planning and reporting so much easier.

As there are so many centres using CATS and e-folio, it would be a lengthy process to cover all their successes! The Borough of Telford and Wrekin share their recent EV assessment success and we provide a summary of CATS’ users achievements and feedback.
